Coffee and Tea

I went to Cambridge this morning, on the train again and went shopping for Christmas presents, but did not get much, although I did find something for my family to buy for me. I had a jacket potato lunch in the library.
 
Before visiting my husband this afternoon in Addenbrookes Hospital I visited PALs, not to make a formal complaint, but to make them aware of what had happened. I can forgive C8 for getting it wrong once, but not twice. They will ask the ward about the situation and send me feedback.
  
Then I visited my husband and took Costa coffee and tea for us to drink, which is my picture today. My husband is better than yesterday, but not well enough to come home. While I was there I arranged that a porter would be booked to take him to one of his appointments tomorrow morning and for Friday’s appointment as well if he is still there. They are currently monitoring him, but hopefully another operation will not be necessary.
