Updating computer

Took some photos with camera today hoping to sort out uploading to Blip issue.
Still stuck so nervously updated computer as suggested by Apple.
Last time I did this I lost if all and spent 3days on phone with Appleman in Ireland.
Took hours, and still no go with camera photos uploading.
