Isn’t it galling?

Today brought welcome relief from the searing pain of the eye injury. The sun was shining, Apple helped me get my phone up and running again, and we spent the day away. A trifecta! B and I rode out to Swine Creek Reservation past Middlefield (the 4th largest Amish settlement in the world) where horse and buggy life is more rural and slower. We came across this immense gall on our hike and enjoyed a cup of cocoa at a chocolate factory coffee shop on the way home. Yum.
