RRS Discovery

Built in Dundee in 1900 for Scott’s Antarctic expedition, the “Royal Research Ship” took the name of HMS Discovery, also built in Dundee (1853) for the British Arctic Expedition. Amazing what you can learn when stuck in a traffic jam! Looking festive nonetheless.
