Slow shutter practise

I purchased some months ago an ND filter to start taking a few slow shutter speed shots. I had intended today to go up to London to photograph the London Eye but unfortunately have a sick child so instead a quick trip to Footscray for water instead.

Not what I was hoping for but trying to fix an ND filter to an already focus camera without mucking up the focus is not easy.............maybe I'm being blonde though!!

Am going to try for the London Eye tomorrow instead now!
