Don't let the sun salutation go down on me

The elixir of life Elizabeth met me for breakfast first thing and we were too introspective and reflective than people should be at 8am. It was a phantasmagorical start to the day.

There was a gathering in this new wing of the building where the old Cambridge Museum of Zoology will be relocated. The famous fin whale skeleton is hanging as its centrepiece and people milled around under its bones, scoffing biscuits and sipping coffee.
I discovered the shower and locker room tucked away underneath the building, below and right of this whale museum. It will become a good hideout for those moments requiring extra privacy.

At yoga the teacher Andrea was in a jovial mood and although I've got a strained hamstring, I played along until it became too physically and metaphorically uncomfortable. She chose a playlist of George Michael (good) and between the genuine yoga moves of forearm handstands and warrior poses, she had us jiggling to tracks in front of strangers, as if in a very well lit sweaty nightclub (not good). Except when we all banged the floor to the beat of Faith, which was good. I cycled home without changing out of my shorts, which was regretful. I continued playing George Michael at home, which was nice.
