Indoor Bowling

The Crown green bowling season is over until the beginning of April next year. Now we are bowling indoors and the ladies combine with us for the duration of the season.
The technique is similar but, because there is far less drag, a great deal less effort is required to get to the other end of the rink. Most of us have not yet fully adjusted the swing to this ( almost) perpetual motion environment. There are 6 lanes - or rinks - and the bowls have a variety of bias's. From very narrow ( as used by the professionals) to a very wide bias that is much more of a challenge.
Afterwards we have a pre-arranged light lunch at very modest prices.
