Cafe Society Two

The day dawned warm and sunny again. We were first for breakfast, and finished before anybody else had a rived. We have a plane to catch, and the drive from Menaggio to Milan's Linate airport. A pause at the hotel to settle the account and to take our leave of the proprietors and staff.

The journey to the airport went very smoothly with no traffic jams or other hold ups. As a result we had a while to wait at the airport and the opportunity to stop off at one of the cafes for a last glass of wine before departure.

The rest of the journey went well and we got back to Aberdeen in time to join the evening rush hour traffic between Dyce and Aberdeen. Thankfully as I was in a taxi it was able to avoid some of the traffic by using the reserved lane.
