Another cold day today with a few flakes of snow around lunchtime.

A nice surprise kind of day as well. My boss has been promising me a pay rise for a few months but I wasn't expecting much! I got my letter today - £8k backdated to August no less :-) looking forward to Christmas payday now :-))
