25 years

A big work anniversary today, 25 years since I started working at what was Linpac Corrugated and is now D S Smith. I’ve seen lots of changes, some good, some not, and made lots of good friends. I’ve laughed, I’ve cried, I’ve worked blooming hard, and I’m still there.

Who knows how much longer that will be for but today is about celebrating the achievement. I will get a certificate, a watch and a gift but there were no managers in today. My little plaque has gone up on the board with all the other long servers - the hole in the middle gets a gold circle in if you manage 40!
