Frozen

THURSDAY

A  bright but chilly day with temperatures hovering around freezing.  After a long but productive morning back at work I escaped at lunchtime to Greenhead Park. 

Early afternoon the sun was very low in the sky and ice still covered part of the boating lake and most of the surface of the paddling pool.

Fortunately we have not had any snow as yet although some may arrive overnight.
