Lamb’s House

I am going to be cheeky and enter this photo for both Abstract Thursday and the Blip Community Architecture challenge.

This is a detail of 16th century Lamb’s House in Leith, one of the oldest buildings in Leith and originally a Hanseatic merchant's house, with its original quirky ‘wind doors’. If you say that phrase quickly enough you get ‘windows’, which is the derivation of the word.

I used Snapseed for the first time for the faded effect.
