You learn something every day

Not my originally planned blip for tonight, I had took some nice bright flowers in the garden. So I went out on my dog walk without my camera for a change, and quess what turned, only a helicopter, very close even closer than this.
It was checking all the power lines and had the wording National grid on the side, and I never knew they did this by helicopter, but then I didn't even give it a thought how they checked them. Well to cut a long story short I took the decision to go back for my camera, hoping it would still be there, it was by not half as close as before.
