I took a picture of the cat and got drunk Santa

I sent this picture to a friend and she said can you see Santa in the picture? I confess it took me a moment. Can you see him and if so is he face down or face up?
Ps. The cat literally walked out turned round and walked back in.
Pps. This is Sunderland on  the coast of NE England so we don't get much snow due to costal influence.  I live half a mile from the sea.
