"Nice to see you, to see you nice", why all the Brucieism's you may ask. What I thought was a beauty blemish, spot on my chin has taken on a life of it's own and my face has become painful. I have a Bruce Forsyth chin!!!
The wonders of modern medicine meant that having eventually got to speak to a receptionist and being told "nothing available today" I was informed that the Duty Doctor would call me me this morning - he did and after asking me three questions he diagnosed an infection with a swollen lymph gland and prescribed antibiotics. I wonder if they do DIY Plaster Kits for fractures.

On a lighter note, at my W Watchers weigh in last night I had lost 6.5lb in a week, lighter note - get it - I'm trying folks.

I am enjoying the gym again, six miles last night and four and a half tonight.
