Winging it...

The roads were treacherous this morning. 3 cars crashed on the country road i was travelling on but lucky for me one of the drivers stopped me on the corner approaching otherwise I'd have smashed into the cars that were on my side of the road overtaking the pile up. No one was seriously hurt as far as I know.

Later I helped to push a BMW off the road who had slid and dug his wheel into a muddy hole.

Finally, after a job well done I arrived back to the village in one piece and called in to check on my parents. As I got in the car to leave there was a fabulous sunset behind me. Not wanting to do another bambi on ice impression by stepping out of the car again I blipped it from the safety of my seat in the wing mirror.

Home, filled the coal buckets and lit the fire. If only I didn't have a chiropractic appointment at 6.30pm. Hummph!
