So It begins.......

Despite the growing number of Christmas Trees and decorations in evidence during November for me the run up to the season starts only when our old quilted Advent Calendar makes its appearance on the kitchen wall on the 1st of December and the 24 pockets are filled with 24 sweets - one for each day until Christmas Day itself.
