The icebreaker!

Swans find it difficult to walk on ice .... this one has managed to find an area on the loch where it could glide between the fractured pieces of ice.

The temperature has risen by a few degrees and we've had some rain this evening so I expect that all signs of the ice will be gone by tomorrow.

An early start tomorrow morning as I take Togbe back to Aberfoyle .... must remember to pack all his toys .... I'm fed up tripping over his squeaky duck, his ball with the flashing light and the reindeer with the stuffing coming out of the hole where his nose should be!
