Best in bare feet

A fairly quiet day today.
There were chores to be done (washing clothes and cleaning the bathroom) and we had a chat with the centre director who told us of his plans and needs. Money is always a great one as nothing comes cheaply but help from physios, OTs and other medical people is also needed. There's a physio dept and they sponsored someone's training but they left shortly afterwards.
The roofing was nearly done (3 and a bit days' work) with no accidents despite the precarious stances taken - note his bare feet, helps with grip but must be hot.
Mr Rat was supposed to speak at an evening meeting but it had to be cancelled because of a thunderstorm and powercut,
