Home for a rest before my last week1 run! I have amazed even myself. MrRoly came with me and moaned a lot about how cold it was then took a photo for me to blip.

Not the most flattering picture - in my head I have the figure of Cindy Crawford - but fit and strong is my message. I don’t want to be a middle aged, overweight and unfit accident cliche on the ski slopes...
