The One With The Burnt Offerings

We let the children choose something for dinner this week. Alfie decided that he wanted some chicken/mayonnaise/breadcrumb conncoction from a Hellmans advert last night. It was actually great. Tonight was Poppy's turn. Anyone care to guess what this was supposed to be? Clue: it's from a Jamie Oliver book and he recommends having the oven up WAY too high!!
