Bet that got your attention

I had a chilly walk around the block this morning and met Poppy the Alsatian and her owner who couldn't undo the gate to get out of The Thrift, but as I was going in we managed to wiggle it free between us.

I was trying to photograph one of these large toadstools when I suddenly remembered that the camera screen tilts, which saves a lot of bending or lying flat on the ground.

I'm not really sure what it's called but am so pleased my text function is working that I decided I had to use it.
