He's currently between feeding-capacity spurts, so didn't finish his special birthday cereal even after spending months pointing at it in shops and weeks clamouring to have some of it even though it was hidden in a cupboard. He had been similarly repetitive about the space-themed gifts he had requested, so was reasonably pleased with even a card with a rocket on the front, even before getting his spaceman costume, noisy plastic rocket and a couple of spaceships I had when I was small.
