Sparring

On the left in this shot is Adam Nolan. Adam is a policeman and a world class boxer. Classy enough to represent Ireland at the recent Olympic Games. Unfortunately he didn't manage to get into the medals but in the true spirit of the games he gave of his best, competed with the best and ultimately got beaten by one of the best.
Today he was in Arklow to perform the official opening of a gym which has been built in one of the projects which our company supports financially. In between duties he took time out to demonstrate his craft in the company of the gym instructor. A nicer champion than Adam you would hardly find anywhere.
