Armchair Books

Both armchairs and books have featured quite a lot today so it seems appropriate to blip Armchair Books.

I went to the library to pick up Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat, (the biggest and heaviest book in my personal history of book borrowing) and was awarded with a "Book and a Brew" voucher for a drink in the Grassmarket.   So I wandered down to Hula for a turmeric latte and decided that settling into a French movie at the Filmhouse would be far kinder to my poor old bones then another big hike this afternoon. 

An early night with a book is the perfect end to a mellow day.
