The Christmas flower garland, Cotehele, Cornwall

Today four of us went to Cotehele House, a National Trust property in Cornwall where every Christmas by tradition,  the staff  build a garland some 60 feet long in the great hall which has been constructed from flowers that are grown and dried in the gardens. As you may imagine its a popular event which draws large numbers of people.  In order to make your visit more enjoyable, you are only allowed in the hall in small groups at a given time.
