I passed this scene of demolition this morning on my way to a day of yoga. The contradiction hit me immediately. My photo visually depicts violent destruction, desertion, dereliction. I spent my day focusing inwards, nourishing, renewing. Our teacher, Gary Carter, is a maverick innovator, working his magic. He talks s lot and makes us laugh, leads the exploration.
