Jabal Yibir

Jabal Yibir  is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 1.527 m (5,010 ft) above the sea level, located in the Hajar Mountains, in the United Arab Emirates. The road to the summit is asphalted with a concrete barrier. A quick glance at the map at its sheer drops and serpentine twists and turns, confirms that this is no hype. Unfortunately the military have moved the check point further down the mountain so we had to take the more scenic wadi route to find a camping spot.
