Ploughing the Fields

I missed every opportunity today to get an Autumnal shot, but as I took the bin out I saw the night sky was amazingly clear.

So I went up to the moor in the dark and played around with some night shots. I just wish I'd bought my head torch so I could have got up to the trig but the lack of moonlight meant it was far too dark. I enjoy night walking but didn't want to trip over with my camera or go knee deep into a bog (wet sock blip....), so I stayed in the car park and messed about for half an hour.

Still feel like a kid with a new toy with this photography thing - there's so much to learn!!! Wouldn't want it any other way though!
