From The Top

Gibraltar viewed from the very top of Estepona mountain.

We drove to the refugio and then walked the rest of the way to the summit.

When you get to the microwave towers, you are at the top. These towers appear as tiny red and white sticks from outside my flat. When you stand underneath them, they rise high above your head.

It was the most beautifully clear sunny day. The temperature at the peak was a mere 3ºC and I discovered that my car does have a frost warning on the dash!

After all the fresh air and exercise, Dukie had a nap and we went to the Hairy Lemon for tapas.
