Great Blue Heron

I didn't have my camera when I spotted this great blue heron this morning, so I hurried home, grabbed my camera, and jumped on my bike to head back to the pond. Sure enough, he was still there, standing as majestically as when I left.
Grateful today for...the first of what looks like a week without rain. Dry walks are the best!!
