Abstract lights

Village Christmas light switch on this evening, and also the promise of a supermoon. The moon was covered by cloud, and the photos of the light switch on were not good at all - too many tall people and heads in the way!  So, resorted to a photo of the lights on 3 trees in a neighbouring road, but the problem is that you can't see the trees - so just some abstract lights really!  Had to retire to the local hostelry to warm up, and we were joined by 3 generations of a local family - they are going through a very hard time due to the serious illness of a family member, but they were good company, and I hope we managed to lift their spirits a little.
