A Gift from Germany

My son went to visit his brother Alex and wife ( and our extended adoptive family) in Germany and brought me home some really wonderful ornaments!  This is the first year that they are able to be put up and I have been able to find each one a great place on the tree!    I am guessing they were bought in Berlin where out #2 son lives with his lovely wife Anja.   Alex lived with us for part of the year while in High School,( even though he had to repeat that year when he got back home) and the kids become fast friends.  They have forged a close bond since then.  We love the family and his Mom is a wonderful sister to me also!
