Tapas. Does it conjure up a picture for you?

For me, it's pretty little bars in Spain. Years back, my Spanish cousin took Marie and me round several tapas bars, we had a few drinks, ate some funny little bits of food, had a good evening.

This tapas bar is in Falkirk. The picture was not taken on a blamy, Mediterranean evening.
