Looking out

I spent most of the day indoors with a brief foray to the post office at lunchtime to post my Christmas parcels.

I took my camera (of course) and the new (soon to be mine) pro lens. Imagine my horror when I could not get the auto focus to work, I'm going to be in trouble now I thought. Back home and a few test shots later, including this one, and no joy.

When I asked my nerdy husband about it I found that this lens can be switched to manual by moving the focal ring backwards and luckily I had inadvertently done that. Phew

So this panic shot lovely view through my kitchen window, manually focused looks ok apart from the trouser leg at the top of the pic which is hanging on my pulley above the rayburn.
