Tuesday's Flora

This one was not on campus, but in my kitchen. I was peeling large quantities of garlic for kimchi (Korean equivalent of sauerkraut), and snapped this one as I went. I am very rebellious these days, I'll have you know. I ferment things in my very own kitchen. In the sterile U.S. of A., lactofermentation is considered an act of rebellion. In Mississippi, it is illegal to brew beer in your home. Not sure about moonshine, though. ;-)
