The Blue Hour, Solihull

Today was our pilgrimage to the dentist.  Despite living in the north of the West Midland conurbation, our dentist is in Warwick.  A long story, best summed up by saying that I built up a lot of trust with Robert in the 1980s, when he first started in the profession and we've been with him ever since.  You tend to build a bond with someone who has had his knee on your chest, getting leverage to remove the root of a rather incalcitrant tooth!

On the way back we popped in to Solihull for a bit of retail therapy.  I'd not taken a photo but as we were walking back to the car I was taken by the contrast between the colour of the street lights and the sky behind the church spire. A bit of a make do, but that's what you do to maintain a perfect record on blip.
