A lovely day for a walk

Rae, Es and I took ALG, L and Baby J for a walk on the beach. Of course, Cousteau tagged along. His nose was a little out of joint not to be the centre of attention, but he got over it, and enjoyed a spot of stick throwing and chasing.

He charged up and down the dunes with the children, having a whale of a time. Baby J chortled away in his baby carrier; no doubt chomping at the bit for the day when he will be able to join in.

Since our return, I got to hold two teeny twins, and to discuss what they require photographically at their Baptism tomorrow.

I've been processing photos for the past hour, in order to get them ready for printing.

Now something to eat, a few weights and off to Systema training.

The sun just makes everything so much more wonderful!
