Feeling a bit better today, still bunged up but nowhere as achy or tired.
Back to work tomorrow to a training day so shouldn't be too hard a day.

Paul and Louise have been here today with Paige and I got to give her a cuddle and fed her too it was great she is so tiny and light to hold. They have taken to parenting like ducks to water

Paul is getting his kit ready to depart for Kenya on Saturday, he'll be away for 6wks, Paige is really going to have changed by the time he comes back, we'll just have to send him lots of photo's

It's also Gary's birthday today, can't believe he's 26
