Manuka

Worked half a day today, and then came home to my empty house. Both of the girls were having a lovely time at their respective friends' homes. The Eldest had been out on an adventure to the Botanic Gardens, while the Youngest was making the most of her dog and spa pool time.

I ended up going over to where the Youngest was staying and hanging out with the Mum there for a couple of hours. I really like this Mum, she's got a fab sense of humour and is very welcoming.

I left there and went and picked up the Eldest who had only just arrived back from her adventure, and then we needed to get to the airport to pick up the Husband. We went out for a curry for tea, and by the time we got home, the girls' late nights put paid to them staying up any longer.

Now to spend the evening with the Husband...I've missed him.
