A disappointing day

I've finally succumbed to the lurgy that's been passed around the office. It was inevitable and I'm surprised I lasted this long, to be honest.

Came home at lunchtime to have the washing machine fitted but the pipe it came with was too short so no fitting today. Shame, because the washing basket is near overflowing.

Back to work for our carol service at one of the college campuses. I was not feeling great and quiet nervous and it wasn't as well attended as we'd all hoped. Oh well, it was a good rehearsal for tomorrows at the other campus.

Floors and carpets arrive tomorrow. Joy!
