Nori wraps the inside deliciousness of prawn tempura (tail peeking out!) with a crunch of cucumber in this sushi rice roll on the outside.
The dragon scales are slices of avocado and seared eel covering the roll...oh and a tail of seaweed salad.
Yummmm!
