Onwards and upwards

Everything seems to be slotting into place nicely. So much is working out for me currently at work and it's been noticed. I had a lovely offer at the end of the day that was unexpected.  Really starting to feel like I can do this.
Most importantly, the young people I'm working with are working hard to meet the high expectations and are grasping the opportunities presented to them.
