Grrrrr!

Waited in today for the delivery of new furniture for our bedroom.  We had originally ordered from another supplier, but were horrified when it arrived because of the black dirt/soot we found on the internal surfaces of the units.  After some to and fro we cancelled that order and went with a different supplier.  We made it clear to them about the problems we'd experienced first time around and they assured us there would be no problems.

Well......... this is after one wipe of a cellulose cloth of the internal surface of the newly arrived furniture.  Straight on to their customer services; this has never happened before we were told.  We have decided we will be returning this furniture as well.  From our research both suppliers had the units manufactured in China and they arrive pre-packaged.  No further checks are made before delivery to the customer.

I wondered if anyone else had experienced something similar?  We ordered mirrored bedroom furniture.  

I know this isn't a very interesting photograph, but at least it isn't an emergency blip of my bruised face! LOL.
