Lunch on the run

My favourite lunch at the moment is cheese toastie with Thai chicken and lemongrass soup. Although this is an instant soup, it is a very good one. Today some of the cheese ran out of the toastie, but it was still delicious. I also ran off from lunch quickly, as I have to finish knitting a small garment promised for a friend's granddaughter.
