Winter dark/light

I managed to pop out for a short blip-search-walk just as the light was dipping over the horizon and highlighting these naked urban trees.

I do like winter trees. Seeing the stripped back skeleton of a live thing doing just what it needs in this season of thin light, doing just what it needs, being just what it needs deeply hidden inside to survive the dying times and emerge in new life.
