Baking in progress
There are over 60 truffles in that container and that is the number after I gave some away last night! I started on the Millionaire Shortbread today and have another batch cooling in the fridge that needs to be cut and added to this lot.
Today was a dreich day so a good day to be inside baking. More rain and colder tomorrow so another good day to get on with my baking.
