mooncake

the mooncakes were a gift from one of marlan's students a few weeks ago. he finally whoop them out because they expire next week. i denied them of being "real" mooncakes because they're tiny and each cake is only enough for one person. typical mooncakes are usually bigger and can serve 4 people. they're not real because they're not shareable.... but they taste delicious anyway. i stole a bite.

marlan had the day off because his students have to work overtime. he teaches English to factory workers at Olympus. we rarely share a day off. he works monday through thursday, i work friday through sunday.

okay, i'm not completely unemployed. i teaches part-time at one of my aunts' house on the weekend, but i hardly count it as employed because it's kind of self-employed. which i should give credit for being better than unemployed.

anyway, we went to the movie to see Premium Rush. it was a fun movie to watch. it was also nice being able to go out and do something different.
