Larch Cone

It was very wet and windy this morning - Finlay refused to go out when I opened the door for him. When the rain finally passed over we did go for a walk and I spotted this larch cone with a background of yellow needles. It was still windy and I had to take several shots to get one with not too much movement.

Later Mrs madwill and I went to Doncaster to collect our granddaughter from morning school. After lunch we went out for a wander round some shops and the inevitable coffee shop. Got myself a bargain - some Clarks shoes (waterproof) less than half price! I bought two pairs...
