Dawa totally rocking his new look. Stopped at the yak farm on the way up to meet up with Apa and Singmingmar. Sidaar, the eldest brother and husband to Singmingmar was away but we met up with him later on the trail. The money raised is to build a house for them as the family home was buried in the landslide. At the moment they are in what they call a yak house, a temporary shelter that is used when they move to different grazing at different times of the year. It really is like going back a couple of centuries but I don't think I have met more hospitable people (and the hey jimmy hats caused much hilarity)
